the past few days have been sheer and utter craziness! My dear friend is getting married tomorrow, and my sister and I are coordinating the reception-with 300 guests attending! I was also called on to do last minute sewing for bridesmaid's dresses.....and this week was our church's missions conference.....however, during the week we carved out time for a few sweet, simple, fun things:
~2 hour lunch date with my big sis
~everyone in the family picking songs to sing on the way home from church...our very snug yukon xl being filled with loved ones AND music :)
~making pumpkin rice crispie treats....and sharing them with adorable siblings
~cleaning for the bride-to-be's grandparents....and being remembered by that sweet couple, even though they're battling dementia
~getting to show off pics of my adorable siblings, and hearing "I'm praying for them" from someone who REALLY means it
~remembering that life is good, because God is good :)
