Life is beautiful....because God made it that way....for your pleasure, for my enjoyment, to inspire your creativity, to stir music within my soul. What is life without beauty? It is a world without music, a sea without water, a rose with no petals, a violin with no strings. But this beauty, where can it be found? Why can I walk through a lovely world, and notice all the dinginess, the dirtiness, the pain and suffering, but not the beauty? Only because I am not allowing Christ's beauty to taint everything my eyes capture....if I saw through a lens of Christ, what would that beggar on the corner look like? What about that dirty little orphan boy? What about that mean old lady across the street? What about my own family? You see, although Christ loves me dearly, and cherishes me every moment, I am no more or less important to Him than anyone else. Why should my feelings come first? Why my pleasure above anyone else's ? What if for one day, we saw through the lens of Christ? If God was glimpsed in every dirty corner of the world? What would happen? How many lives would be saved? How many souls snatched from Hell? How many dear brothers and sisters lifted up and encouraged? Who can say- for it really all depends on someone taking up the challenge....will you?
