WOW!!!

Ok, so today is the official day one of "project Russian adoption" :) The ginormous task for the weekend is to stage a big family yard sale, with all proceeds going to help with travel and adoption expenses. Also, a massive chain e-mail to everyone in my address book. Next step, informing friends and family whose e-mail addresses I don't have. Nothing definite has been earned yet (all of 8 hours into fundraising:), but my amazing uncle has offered to help out, and also, because he is the deacon at the church I attended while we lived in Massachussetts, he has offered to bring it before the church and see what they can do to help. (It's helpful that much of the church is made up of our close friends :) So, if you happen to think of it, please pray for good weather and generous customers for the sale tomorrow and Saturday.
